Privacy policy

SNSCodes keeps only what it needs to run your account and your purchases.

1. What we store

• Account: a hash of your token, the last 4 characters of the token, an account code, the sign-up date, language and device type.
• Usage: numbers you bought, the SMS they received, credit movements and top-ups.
• Security: the IP address used at sign-up, to limit how many accounts one network can create.

2. Messages

SMS received by your numbers are shown only in your account and through your API key. Code numbers keep their messages in your purchase history; private numbers keep them for the whole period.

3. Payments

Top-ups run through the PayGate checkout. We receive the amount, the payment method and the payment status; we never hold your wallet keys.

4. Cookies

We use a sign-in cookie, a language cookie and a first-visit source cookie. There are no advertising trackers.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete your account from the account page once it has no credit and no open purchases. Records needed for accounting are kept without your token.
