Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses snscodes.com and its API. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

SNSCodes provides phone numbers that receive SMS. A verification code number serves one app for 20 minutes. A private number serves any app for the period you buy. Numbers receive SMS only; they cannot send messages or take calls.

2. Your account

Your account is opened and accessed with one token created in your browser. Keep it safe: whoever has the token can use the account and its credit. We cannot restore a lost token.

3. Credit and prices

• Purchases are paid from prepaid credit in US dollars. The minimum top-up is $30, or $20 in lower-income countries.
• The price shown before a purchase is the amount taken from your credit.
• Credit is for purchases on SNSCodes and is not paid out to a wallet.

4. Refunds

Refunds go back to your credit as described in the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Use numbers only for lawful sign-ups and logins and follow the terms of the apps you use them with.
• Do not use SNSCodes for fraud, harassment, financial accounts in someone else's name or any activity that harms others.
• We may close accounts that break these rules. Remaining credit from lawful top-ups stays usable until the account is closed.

6. Availability

Numbers come from carriers in each country and stock changes during the day. Apps may refuse some numbers; in that case cancel the number and the credit returns.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Prices for purchases already made do not change.
