Refund policy

You pay for numbers that work. Every refund below is automatic or one click away, and goes back to your account credit.

1. Verification codes

• If no SMS arrives within the 20 minute window, the number closes and the full price returns to your credit by itself.
• While no SMS has arrived you can cancel the number at any time for a full refund.
• Once a code has arrived the purchase is complete.

2. Private numbers

• While no SMS has arrived and the purchase is less than 20 minutes old, cancel the number for a full refund.
• After the first SMS, or after 20 minutes, the period belongs to you and is not refunded.

3. Top-ups

• Credit is added after the payment network confirms your payment. If the amount sent differs from the amount requested, the payment is checked and credited for the amount received.
• Credit is used on SNSCodes and is not paid out to wallets.
• Your first top-up can include bonus credit, shown in the payment window before you pay.
